These terms apply to all orders placed on dealhutuk.shop. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

2. Orders

After you place an order you will receive an order acknowledgement email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery to UK mainland is free. Payment is taken at checkout by debit/credit card or other methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Please see our Delivery information page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellations and returns

You have 30 days from receipt to return goods for a full refund. See our Returns & refunds policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Product information

We take care that product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
