Returns & refunds
Return window: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
Return cost: FREE — we provide a prepaid returns label or arrange collection.
Refund method: to your original payment method.
Refund time: within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
How to return an item
- Email contact@dealhutuk.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will send you a free returns label or book a free collection for larger items.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
- Once we receive and check the item, we will refund you in full within 14 days.
Condition of returns
Items should be returned unused and in the same condition you received them. We may reduce a refund if an item has been used or damaged beyond what is needed to inspect it, as allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will put it right at no cost to you.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, sealed personal-care items cannot be returned once unsealed unless faulty.
