Delivery information
Delivery cost: FREE on all orders to UK mainland addresses.
Delivery time: 3–7 working days from order confirmation.
Order processing: orders are processed Monday–Saturday; orders placed on Sunday or a bank holiday are processed the next working day.
Where we deliver
We deliver to UK mainland addresses (England, Scotland and Wales). We currently cannot deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK. If your postcode cannot be served we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details where available.
Large items
Large items (for example garden buildings, fridge freezers, washing machines and hot tubs) are delivered kerbside or to your ground-floor front door by our courier partners. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery and that there is clear access.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing by emailing contact@dealhutuk.shop with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
